The article is core of the manufacturing process.
The planning of producing cycles; from the coloristic choices to the final and more delicate processes, is based on the nature of the fabric.
The processes that we offer are:
- Scouring: from artisanal preparation (star frame) for silk and its mixing to the continuous scouring (VB type) for the high length and more industrial articles.
- Dyeing: rope dyeing and open width dyeing.
- Permanent finishing and heat setting: Permanent finishing in rameuse, from the classical to the most particular touches to the client’s specifications. Mechanical finishings like calendaring, detcatizing, AIRO hand, free steamings, etc.
